She's carved out a successful music career for herself, despite being voted off the X Factor two years ago.

And now Diana Vickers is reaping the benefits of her number one single and album, becoming a fully-fledged pop star in her own right.

The 18-year-old has been busy filming the video for her next single The Boy Who Murdered Love and she appears to have blossomed into the archetypal pop starlet.

Wearing a beige dress with sequined detailing, Diana reclines on a sofa in one scene as she seemingly reads some love letters.

In another scene she is sitting on a jetty next to a river holding a dandelion in her hands.

The new promo will accompany the single which is due for release on July 12.

Miss Vickers recently told the Scottish Daily Record that despite her break up with former boyfriend Joshua Jenkins, the new song is not inspired by a personal experience.

She said: 'It is not about anyone in particular. It represents what happens but is not based on experience.

'It's about how you sometimes have a crush on people then they ruin it for you with their actions.

Holli Henderson, 26 - who only married Billi in January - said she was devastated to find out the pair had been spotted getting cosy in a London club.

The blonde, who is six-weeks pregnant, has now kicked her hubby out of her Essex home.

Holli told Closer magazine: 'At first he denied it, but I thought, 'I'm not going to stand for this' so I packed all his stuff into bin bags and threw them out the door.

But the 17-year-old showed she is determined to put her 'good girl' tween image behind her last night as she pulled out all the stops for a raunchy performance on Dancing With The Stars.

Wearing an all-black leather outfit and knee-length boots, Miley began singing her new single Can't Be Tamed from inside a cage, surrounded by several scantily clad dancers.

With her hair teased into a backcombed quiff at the front, Miley snarled at the cameras as she performed the song with both confidence and aggression.

Miley's performance comes after a video of her doing some 'dirty dancing' with 45-year-old film producer Adam Shankman surfaced on the internet last week.

But Kylie Minogue proved she is not most women, as she arrived on the set of her new music video for single All My Lovers yesterday looking relaxed and happy in the revealing outfit.

The costume, which consisted of a white cobweb-style t-shirt worn over a bra and knickers and accessorised with matching white thigh high boots, showed off Kylie's stunning figure and drew attention to her most famous asset - her bottom

Kylie opted for downtown Los Angeles as the location for the new video, in which she cavorts and writhes with a group of sexy shirtless men.

The track, taken from Kylie's upcoming album Aphrodite, will premiere on UK radio stations on May 14, followed by a release in the U.S.

Rihanna wowed fans as she kicked off her UK tour in Birmingham last night, despite being over an hour late.

The 22-year-old star finally made it on to the stage at the LG Arena more than an hour after she was expected to start the show.

But at least Rihanna had a good excuse for being late - she is said to have spent the time searching for a makeup mirror in her dressing room.

However, the singer's late arrival on stage didn't seem to bother her thousands of fans who had travelled from far and wide to see the Rude Boy star in action.

But the singer did maintain her dignity by wearing a nude bodysuit under her more revealing costumes.

Dressing like Daisy Duke from the Dukes of Hazzard appears to be the latest fashion trend for celebrities these days.

And Beyonce has proved to be no exception as she donned a checkered shirt and tiny denim hotpants for her new video.

The singer released a teaser trailer for the video for her album track Why Don't You Love Me yesterday which showed her enviable figure in the skimpy shorts and shirt tied sexily around her waist.

Starring as 'B.B Homemaker', Beyonce, who also wore a red bandana round her head, gets oiled up as she plays mechanic.

She lifts the roof of her 1960s car to a plume of smoke, grabs a spanner and a manual as she attempts to repair her broken vehicle.

Beyonce, who gave the Daisy Duke look and even sexier twist by wearing stockings and red high heeled shoes, is also seen changing a wheel before tottering into a house.

Dia, who gained popularity with Another Boy and Knock, is garnering attention for writing lyrics of a song that commemorates the Cheonan victims.

The title of the song is Goodbyeand it is a pop-pera style ballad sang with the longing emotions of a high schooler.

Also, the piano in the background compliments Dia’s sentimental voice and helps evoke more emotion in the song.

Goodbye was released on the 20th, and has been spreading like wildfire among the netizens. Even Dia herself admitted that she was surprised by its popularity. Her company is now considering officially releasing the song as part of a single album.

She expressed, “There were so much bad news like the Cheonan tragedy in 2010. It must be so difficult to let go of someone you love so much…. When I heard about stories of those who had to go through these tragedies, I wrote these lyrics spontaneously because I wanted to sing from their point of view.”

She also added, “I lack in skill, but the fact that so many people are listening to the song tells me that they feel the same way. I hope these feelings will help alleviate the families of the victims even a little. If the album is officially released, I would like to donate all its profits to the Cheonan charity.”

Earlier today, female rapper E.via released her comeback mini-album Must Have and the music video for her title track Shake. It’s now been announced that the track is under fire for being “too erotic”.

On the upside, when E.via’s music video was released, she shot up to #1 so fast that it broke After School’s record for when they released Bang!. But unfortunately, netizens have shown disapproval for the sexy women and booty shaking.
